Hello! It has been brought to my attention that emails are not being received through our Constant Contact account. I have verified our client's email address as well as sent a test through Outlook-both are correct and work. How can we resolve this issue so that my client will receive email blasts from my company? Thank you for coming to us in the Community. This sounds like it could be a couple different things inhibiting your client from receiving messages. The first step I would take is to have your client whitelist Constant Contact and add the email you are sending from to their safe sender list. If they have done both of those steps and they are still not receiving please call in to our support or email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the clients email address that is not receiving and a reference to this post.
