I'm sorry this was happening. I see that you called into our support team shortly after this post, but wanted to respond here just in case. If you are unable to access a page on our site in the future, you can try going into Incognito or Private Window in your browser. In this window, your browser will allow you to browse privately from any cookies or cached items that may be blocking your ability to access certain pages. If it works in this window, you may want to consider clearing your cache.
However, if you are still having trouble, I would recommend testing your browser speeds. We recommend that users have a download and upload speed of at least 2mbps, for optimal use.
