Id like to cancel and get a refund for using this place as a website and e-commerce shop. My store barely works. I have wasted money. How do I get a refund

If you'd still like to cancel, you can call Billing directly. If you're unable to stay on the line, we can also submit a cancellation ticket with a 1-2 business day turnaround.
