Thanks for posting. Which campaign are you working on? If the campaign is still scheduled you can click Campaigns on the left and then use the actions menu to the right of the campaign name. There's an unscheduled link here. This would only apply to emails that are still scheduled!
I'm very sorry for any confusion with how to Unschedule an email campaign and we're glad you reached out! If the Unschedule option is not visible then the email campaign is not currently Scheduled.
