Help! I just sent out a newsletter using the custom unsubscribe. It looked fine in the draft; but when I tried the unsubscribe in my copy, I got an "Oops" message. The newsletter goes out to 5,000 people. I need to fix this very quickly.
Thanks for posting in the Community! When you say, "Custom unsubscribe" are you referring to the Update Profile Form? This form is what is used when you would like for your contacts to have an option of what lists to unsubscribe from (or add themselves to) instead of simply unsubscribing across all types of emails you may send. For the privacy of your information could you please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com including your username, a reference to this post, the name of the campaign where you're seeing the "Oops" error and the email address that you sent your copy to?
