I want to run a report on how many people have unsubscribed this year. This is a screenshot of what I see. I have had at least 200 people unsubscribe and below shows 0. How do I find out the correct number?
Thank you for reaching out to us. Based on the information I've seen in your account, and some testing on my end, I believe I've discovered what the issue is here. It appears that because you've deleted your unsubscribes from the account, it has removed them from the UI's reporting data for unsubs over time.
I downloaded the list of all your deleted contacts over time from our back end and sorted them out. You should have received a CSV file with your unsubscribed contacts that were 'last updated' at some point during this year. This as accurate of information as I can gather.
Please remember in the future not to delete unsubscribed contacts if you wish to see your unsub-over-time graph in the Contacts Reports. I cannot guarantee that the ability to download this info will always be available to us.
