Unsubscribed list

I would love it if your list of unsubscribed emails would tell which list they were unsubscribed to. I have no idea if they unsubscribed from our Newsletter list or our Load Control Notification list. If there is a way to know that, please let me know. Thanks!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Community!

 

As you may know, when a contact unsubscribes they will be removed from all lists within your account. The best way to tell which list they were on prior to unsubscribing would be to go to your reporting tab. Here you will see a list of all of the email campaigns that have been sent from your account. If you click on the campaign name you can see what list that campaign was sent to. On the reporting page you will also see an unsubscribe rate column. You can click on the number in that column to see who unsubscribed after receiving that campaign. So being able to see which list a campaign was sent to coupled with being able to see who unsubscribed after receiving that campaign should give you the information that you are looking for.

The solution proposed is not scaleable. My account has thousands of entries. It's not reasonable for users like me to compare unsubscribe rates from the dozens of campaigns we've sent out.

 

It would make a lot of business sense for Constant Contact to produce a simple query that can produce a list of unsubscribed people who were in a given email list. It's a simple query. A good programmer could whip that up in a couple of days.

I totally agree. I'm having the same trouble it's a simple solution for CC to add.

This "solution" is ridiculous. For those of us that have tons of list with every email that goes out it's really NOT a solution. Lame answer and frustrating to say the least.
