cannot find how to unsubscribe e-mails that have requested it

Hello @MeghanD ,

You can edit a contact's permissions on an individual basis by clicking them and then tapping the edit button on their pop-up card. If you have advanced permissions turned on in your account settings, you can also upload a list of contacts to mass-unsubscribe.
