I would like to update the page that opens when someone clicks unsuscribe, can I do that or it has to do externaly with someone in CC

The page that contacts see when they unsubscribe is meant to be as straightforward as possible for legal and Compliance reasons, so no significant edits can be made by customers or ourselves. With that said, if you have list options you'd like to offer for contacts who'd like to stay subscribed but not receive particular emails, you can add those options to your Update Profile form. The options you make available there will appear as alternatives to fully unsubscribing when a contact clicks that coded link in an email.

Thanks for the response! If is related to our company's logo that is incorrect and needs to be updated to the correct one, can it be made updated by you?
The account's logo can be updated through your My Account page.
But the logo is in the opt-in, and when I open the signup forms it only appears the contact fields, not a space to edit the logo
Did you update the logo as it appears in the UP form's Form Appearance tab?
