I'm trying to unsuspend my account, but I'm having issues with pricing.
When I get to the pricing section, I can only select 180,00-200,000 contacts(and above) from the drop-down menu. We currently have 0 contacts, so we shouldn't be paying $995 /mo.
Any ideas for setting up the pricing to reflect the true number of contacts we have.
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the pricing of your account, I can definitely understand why it's important to have the right billing tier displaying in your account. It'd be best to give our billing team a call since they are the ones that have the ability to reset your billing tier and ensure you aren't billed the wrong amount.
