Update Contact Information

I received an email from a member that they are not receiving our weekly newsletter, I noticed that their email address on their contact information was incorrect and they asked me to update it. I am unable to do it. can you help me please.

Hello @UnionChurchPH ,

If you cannot change the email address on the contact card, it means there's a compliance hold on that particular email address. I'd advise creating a new contact from the proper address, getting all the other contact details - name, lists, etc. - copied over to that new contact, then deleting the old one.
