I'm a Salesforce admin trying to help our communications specialist to integrate Constant Contact data with our Salesforce data. Does anyone know if it is possible to customize Updated Subscriber Notice reports to be emailed in Excel format??? It's killing me to convert it all the time manually..

At this time these Updated Subscriber Notice reports can not be emailed in Excel format. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and can understand how helpful this feature could be. We're always looking for ways to better our user's experience so feedback like this is greatly appreciated! In the meantime, as a workaround have you tried copying and pasting this information into Excel? We also offer the option to export these updates from the Contact tab of your account. Through the advanced search, you can locate and export into an Excel, contacts who were added during a specific time frame.
You can also export your unsubscribes into an Excel sheet and sort them by date.
This is helpful to an extent, though it does not allow us to specify date ranges. Those "advanced filters" don't apply to unsubscribes. You can only unsubscribe all contacts, which is a clunky workaround but a workaround all the same. Thanks for your help!
I apologize for any confusion my previous response may have caused. At this time specifying a date range is available through this Advanced Search and can was suggested to find recently added contacts. You are however correct, this date range does not apply to exporting your unsubscribes. Once these contacts are in your exported Excel sheet you can easily sort these contacts through the dates in the "Updated At" column. I hope this clarification helps even further!
