Updateing an email address

It doesn't recognize my user name when I am trying to update my email address. This is getting frustrating.

Hello @KathyVanDriel ,

 

If the system isn't recognizing the username you're providing, then I'd recommend going through the Forgot Username process so you can recover what the system has for your username.
