I see others having same issue. How do I edit it?

Hello @CharlesJ559 ,

 

This is typically caused by the metadata of the image actually being sideways. This is standard when uploading images from iOS devices, though some other image programs will also have their metadata actually read the image as reversed, upside-down, sideways, etc.

 

For flipping/rotating an image
