Uploading Contact Lists with multiple emails

Is there a simple way to upload contact lists with multiple emails associated with each contact i.e., contact is an organization and emails represent points of contact.

Hello @RonV23,

Thank you for reaching out to us today. I'd like to offer some insight into how our contact management works.

When it comes to determining unique contacts, we go off of unique email addresses. For contacts with multiple email addresses you would need to split them up (e.g. in excel each row would have a different email address, but the same name, company and position could be applied to each one). This is the only way to upload these addresses and ensure that they can be sent to individually.

For more information on formatting files to upload contacts, I'd recommend this article.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to reply to this thread or create a new one, and we'd be happy to assist.
