Uploading PDF to Constant Contact

I am uploading a pdf from my folder to Constant Contact.  Whatever the reason, when it uploads it is only uploading a portion of the pdf and not the entire pdf.  Missing are the background colors/images.  I've had no problem in the past but can't figure out why it's doing this?  See pics below and thanks in advance!
