In the past we have used the Events section of CC for our conference registration. This year we are going virtual via the Zoom webinar platform. If I have people register in CC, will they also have to register for the webinar in Zoom? I'm trying to avoid the duplication in the registration process, but they will need to pay to attend the webinar so I need them to go through CC first.
Thanks!
Hello @CherylM-OPS ,
Looking into it, it does look like they allow the option to import registrants from a CSV file. So, once you have your list of registrants finalized, you can download them from our side and upload them to the Zoom side for access / registration-related aspects. I'd recommend reaching out to Zoom's support, for additional details regarding the best way to make sure your registrants don't have to repeat the process for the Zoom side.
How did you end up handling this? I have the same issue. Can I download the registration list to Zoom webinar so they don't have to register twice?
Hi @TheFloridaCenter ,
It does appear that Zoom does allow the option to import registrants from a CSV file, so you should be able to upload them directly that way. But since Zoom is a third party system, we would recommend reaching out to them directly for specific details on this process.
