Using a template but can't change the top line

I'm NEW (very  new) to using this program.  I used a template and I've very easily changed the text and inserted pictures BUT at the top it says Company Name Announcement... and I can't for the life of me figure out how to change this copy... any help would be appreciated.

Hello @JaniceS938,

 

I took a look at your account and saw the Company Announcement text you are referring to. It appears that text is in a block of its own, so in order to edit it or change it, you want to select the block the text is in, highlight and backspace the text, and then write in what you would like this block to have in it! Take a look below at the screenshots I have provided. If you are unable to edit that block, I would try to delete the block and drag in a different block. You could even try reloading your page, or trying another browser!
