Using appointment booking tool for rentals

Hey,

I'm trying to set up a Kayak rental system using the appointment booking calendar.

I need hourly slots as well as all day and multi hours.

Suggestions?

I thing if i made every kayak a team member I could do it?

have the blue one as an hourly rental daily service etc?

My big question...Does the team member get blacked out on the schedule if it's booked?

Hello @AllanF62 ,

If you set up your kayaks as team member, it should work the way you need it to.

So if a customer selects "no preference," the system would automatically assign a team-member (kayak) once a time is selected. If they choose a specific kayak that they want, instead it would only show time-frames where that kayak is available.

I'd also suggest reaching out to our Website Builder-specialized support team, as they'll likely be able to provide clear instruction and additional 1:1 guidance if you need assistance or clarifications.
