Vacation / Auto-reply Not Being Recieved

I've been with Constant Contact since the beginning of the year and have never received a copy of anyone's auto-reply. It's a problem as I don't know if clients are no longer with their organization or if they have someone filling in for them during a maternity leave, etc. I have my From and Reply-To emails set and no spam filters are active. I'm just not getting them.

Hello @BrianM269 ,

 

We don't have any control over auto-replies, that's all handled on the receiving side. They would be sent to either your From or Reply-To address (can vary on the program). If you're not receiving them in your Spam/Junk nor other inbox tabs, then I'd advise reaching out to either your network IT, or your client's.

They're showing up in my bounce list for analytics, but I'm not receiving them in my email. I'm sadly, my own IT department. But I don't see any options in Cpanel/Email that would affect receiving emails.

You're also not self-authenticated, despite having your own domain. This can be having an impact on your delivery in general, including the types of bounces you get. I'd advise setting up your account for self-authentication prior to your next sendout.

OK great. Thank you for that. I just created the CNAME records and will see if that helps. I never did that for other email marketing platforms, but if it works, it works.
