Verification of Email

Hi, I am unable to verify my email as I am not receiving the verification email. Have tried it multiple times and to different emails.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Page! I did take a look at your account and I can see that two of the addresses are role addresses. Role addresses are email addresses designed for distribution to a group of people, like a department, team, or even a whole company. Any time you send email to a single role address, it's likely delivered to more than one person.Those emails typically have trouble receiving the verification email and we caution against using them. I see that you tried to verify a personal, non-role address which we do suggest using instead of a role address. Were you able to send a verification email to that address? If that verification email is not in the spam folder, you may call the Support Line directly at the phone numbers and hours listed here: https://community.constantcontact.com/contact-support?ic=comm_reply
