Verify an email address in your account

I've been getting this error since Saturday. I'm trying to sign up to set up an email series for a client. Trying to remind myself how to use this system. If I PAY for the account first, will I  be able to continue? This experience isn't inspiring a lot of confidence in a brand I chose because I was familiar with it and trusted it.

Have tried for three days now to start my "free trials" Keep getting an error message that won't let me confirm my email and that their engineers have been notified. Not a great example of the service I formerly relied on.

• are you experiencing any slowness with any other websites or areas of your CTCT account?
• Are you using a VPN?
• your general geographical location (i.e. major city or general directional region of state/province)
• Does the issue occur across all browsers, or only certain ones? Does it occur while in Incognito / Private browsing?
