I've tried to add an email address to send to/from three times and it's not being delivered to my inbox so I can't verify it. The address is currently being forwarded to another email address, is this why? Help!
Thanks for reaching out for help in the Community! We're happy to help. You are correct. With email forwarding turned on, our emails may not got through to your email address. So if you absolutely need that email address as your from address, you would need to temporarily turn off the email forwarding so you can send yourself the verification email.
