Most recent email had a spike in undeliverables and many of them were Verizon.net addresses ...
That is a great question! We recommend encouraging your contacts to update their own profiles when their email address happens to change. You can send a targeted email campaign directly to those with that specific domain to make sure you've got their correct contact information.
You'll first want to make sure your Update Profile Form is customized. You can edit the text and colors, change the email list selection, select fields, and include your logo. Next, use the Advanced Search feature to find those contacts in your account and add them to a new email list. From the Contacts tab, you'll click Advanced Search and set the criteria:
Finally, you'll create your email campaign specifically for this purpose and send it to the new email list you created. You can add a sentence or two regarding the situation and ask that they click the Update Profile link in the footer of the email.
If you're still seeing an influx of bounces to that domain, please feel free to reach out to a Deliverability Specialist with any concerns.
