Very angry customer

I am very angry at the abuse I took from one of your so-called "customer service" people today. I have been a customer for many years and I am in shock. I want a call back immediately or I will cancel my account!

I see that you were able to call in shortly after posting here and you were able to speak with someone else regarding questions about our prepay option.
