Thank you for bringing your question to the Community forum. It sounds as though there is a Connectivity issue causing the page to be improperly loaded. Have you tried accessing Constant Contact on a different Internet browser, or Incognito/Private browsing mode? If that doesn't help, could you do an Internet speed test, noting the upload/download/ping numbers? It does require a pretty strong connection to run the site properly, usually greater than or equal to 2 Mbps. If that isn't the issue, let us know and we can troubleshoot further!
