I took a peek at this email and saw that there was a space placed before the video link. This blank space in the link is what caused the video to not play. If you take a look at the campaigns in your account you will see a "T2 copy" of your most recent email. Your video link has been fixed in this copy. I apologize this happened and have tracked this experience in your account.
