Visual is blinking and won't stay in place

I've worked with Constant Contact for many years and this is the first time an image won't stay in place. It keeps flashing so I can't build properly.

Can you provide a screencap or any elaboration on the issue you're seeing? Is the image itself flashing, or is the block even without an image flashing? Does the issue occur on other browsers or in Incognito / Private browsing?

I am having the same problem. I am using Safari and using the regular browser.

Is this issue occurring in other browsers or while in private browsing? We're not saying you need to use these other browsers or modes, just need you to test if the issue occurs in them as well, as part of the connectivity troubleshooting process. It'd also be worth checking if clearing your cache or disabling any browser extensions in Safari alleviates the issue. If you have other networks (e.g. ethernet, wifi, or mobile data) you can test on, to see whether or not the issue is occurring on those as well, it can also help us narrow down what might be causing this connectivity error when working in the editor.
