Following up on Case # , the website, domain and SEO have ALLL been down since Wednesday, February 16th when I called to purchase SEO for the website. Prior to this phone call the website was working perfectly with the domain . We only wanted to improve SEO. I confirmed I was able to use this with the current temporary domain. With the confirmation the SEO was purchased. Afterwards the site went down, the domain was reassigned. My colleague and I have made 6 phone calls this week to find a resolution to the problem. The website continues to be down. People are unable to register for this conference. Marketing materials have been printed and this is TOTALLY unacceptable. I MUST have a resolution - with a working domain and a searchable website with the original domain. I paid for a service and it's only gotten worse. I must have results. Please be in touch. My phone. It looks like you already called and spoke with the support team regarding your website, and the issues with the DNS records and IP. They should be following up by email, if they haven't already.
Otherwise, Website Builder-related issues generally need to be addressed by the Website Builder support team, as it uses a separate system from the rest of our marketing tools and support.
