I have tried several different ways to save in different pdf formats. It will not load.

Can you please elaborate on where you're seeing this error, or provide screencaps of it? Are you trying to upload the PDF directly to the Library, or insert one already in your Library into an email? Or are you seeing this error when trying to use the PDF to Email creation?

Hello, 

I am trying to create and email in the Campain section then import pdf and I get the following error (I have received this error for the past few weeks), it says something about pdf password encrypted (however it is not). Today I tried to resend it and I didn't get that error (even though I tried to upload the same pdf.
