Hello @CarmenH38. I talked with our Delivery team and we were not able to confirm on our end that the DKIM record was added to your domain settings. When this happens, the error will appear because we do not see a matching value for the key we are signing emails with. An agent sent you an email last week and we've asked them to follow up with you again on this. If you need faster assistance, please contact our Delivery team.
