We need retrieve our contact lists

Dear support

 

Recently we have cancelled our account and we send this email to ask if it is possible to retrieve the contact lists. Could you send the lists, if possible, to the following emails .., we will appreciate your help.

Hello @AlanA79,

 

I do apologize for any inconvenience, but we can't send your email lists to an email address that is not associated with the account. We will also need to do some verification for security of the account, so you will have to give us a call to get this done. You may also have to reactivate your account in order to get your lists. Please call us to see what can be done! Thanks.
