Unable to complete payment processing. Tried on two different browsers and window is stuck on animation of card swiping.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble processing that payment. Have you tried another browser to see if it is a connectivity issue? If you're still having trouble after that, I would recommend contacting our Billing team directly as we are unable to address billing concerns via the Community.
