Why am I not able give a refund through WePay? I have done it in the past, but a person who registered for an event about a month ago, needs to cancel, and it won't let me give a refund. Is there a time limit in which one can receive a refund?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm sorry to hear you are unable to refund your registrant. You certainly should be able to, as there is not a limited time frame for refunds to be processed that I am aware of.
If the registrant has been cancelled in your Constant Contact account, and they paid by credit card, I would recommend reaching out to WePay directly regarding this issue. You can click here for WePay's support page.
