Website Builder Waiting Time

Hi! I'm new to this site. Curious as to how long it takes for the Website Builder to load? I've been waiting 20 minutes - staring at nine dots. Closed it and opened it again and 10 more minutes have passed. Internet connection is good. Every other site is loading fine.

I apologize you're experiencing this wait time. This is definitely not the experience we want our users to have! What browser are you working in? Are you having this experience when trying to access your website from the Websites & Stores tab of your Constant Contact account? We have seen cases where users see this loading loop in Safari specifically if prevent cross-site tracking is enabled. If you are using Safari I would suggest going to the privacy section of your preferences and deselect "Website Tracking : Prevent cross-site tracking" if it is checked. Our Website Builder support also has this article in their Help Center with other potential workarounds.
