Website Builder domain support

Account has been deleted for no reason. Customer support advised to reach out once new account created so that they can help to link my existing domain to it. When reached out, they do not reply at all. I am a paying customer with last paid for domain subscription on. 

Please help.

My previous call for help here has been archived.


I have an existing support ticket number 6591433777 has been constantly ignored by the customer support team.

My account to my active domain which I have been paying for (Last paid on  -invoice no: ), has been deleted for no reason. I am unable to access my domain.

Navya 

informed me to reach out to her again once I have set up a new account so that she can link my existing domain to it but is ignoring my emails after I have set up a new account.

Please help me to fix this issue. The customer service here at constant contact is atrocious.

The Website Builder integration is managed and supported by teams separate from us. Please reach out to them for assistance as suggested previously, as we in general Constant Contact support cannot assist with any of this.
