Website Builder is STILL NOT WORKING

I've called customer service, and was told that Website Builder was being rebooted, and would work within an hour. THat was a week ago. It's still not working. Ive cleared cache and cookies. THere's a real problem here. can someone PLEASE help me? I called CS again and was on hold for 20 minutes. this should be much easier. --kristin harrison
