I apologize for the frustration this has caused. Can you help me with some additional information?
- What browser/version are you using?
- Is everywhere in the account slow or just a specific area?
Please try closing and re-opening the browser you are working in to see if that makes any difference. Also, I would suggest trying to launch the browser without addon's installed. This is a quick and easy thing to test, here are some directions.
