Website isnt loading

I have tried several ways and several browsers to get my leads from my ad campaign and it blinks for a second and then is a grey screen. How am I supposed to work leads if I cant even get to them??

Hello @StephanieW767 ,

 

It appears you disconnected the Facebook business account that was used to set up the ad, which is why the reporting page can't load on our side. You should still be able to access the data from the Facebook side. If you reconnect your Facebook business page to us, you should be able to load up the data on our side.
