We recently moved our web domain to constant contact and used constant contact to build a new website. constant contact has published our new site with our original domain name but it is not secure .We are a nonprofit organization, We need the website to be secure because we take payments on our site. I reached out to the constant contact team at least 5 times regarding this issue, Every time I get a new person , every time I am told that the website is secure at their end, but they have failed to make it secure at our end. Every time I am told the issue will be resolved within 24hrs, but they have been unable to do so for the last 5 times I have called . It is very frustating because our old website was taken off and now our new website is not secure! we are stuck , and cannot function . when I go to the domain page on the website builder the SSL certificate is pending . We need this resolved
Hello @ShabanaC ,
The Website Builder integration isn't something our regular support is able to assist with, as it exists on a wholly different system. I'd advise reaching out to Website Builder's support team directly for further assistance, to see what the holdup is regarding your domain's SSL, or to see if they're still needing something from you regarding it.
Done that several times as you can tell, and called again today after writing, technical support still hasnt been able to fix the problem , and again was promised that the supervisor will call back . Still waiting
As WSB is on a separate system we cannot see any of your calls or chats with their team, any of their existing cases for you, or their supervisor queue.
