Website problem not being fixed for more than 10 days now

Hi there, This is Zak, I'm a new customer and I'm experiencing the worst experience ever with my website, I spent endless days and hours building 3 sites and now only one is working, no one seems to be capable to fix my problem. I keep calling and calling, sending emails and emails and no one could fix my issue. I want to talk to the Higher manager but there is no way. I did a bad decision to choose your system and now I feel I'm stuck, I need help !!!!!!!!!! my user name is
