Website visitor count is incorrect. email blast sent 6.10 visitors show 6.9 so not even a GMT issue

if you can look at my website insights.  launched an email at 11 a.m. EDT on 6.10. the website recorded unique visitors as if it was 6.9th.   so this is NOT a GMT issue. how do we get this corrected.  this appears to be a programming issue with CC.
