What counts as an "Unique Open" in Reports?

When someone simply views your email - either on their phone or their computer - and scrolls thru without actually clicking on it to open it, does that count in the Unique Views report?  Or does the recipient have to double click/open the email to count as a view?

The Unique Opens report shows just the first open by each contact.  Each contact who opens the email is only counted once under the Unique Opens report, even if they open it multiple times. The All Opens report shows every open by all contacts.  This is a helpful link for understanding the Open Reporting of your campaigns.
