What is a List Review?

At some point during your time using Constant Contact, you may come across the following message:

Sometimes this message can cause unnecessary stress and I want to take this time to go over some points to help avoid this for you.  When we ask that you call in for a List Review, we just want to take a few minutes to go over your list building practices with you and learn more about your business. We also will share best practices with you in order to ensure that you are not being marked as spam by any of your contacts and that you are getting the most out of our services to help your business grow. List Reviews are a normal process that all accounts will go through as your list grows.


During the time that your account is flagged for a List Review, you will not be able to schedule or send any outgoing emails. However, if someone does join your list via one of our Join My List tools, they will still receive the Welcome Email.


If you are prompted for a List Review, give us a call at 855-285-0202 (US/Canada), 0808-234-0942 (UK), 0824 - 6614050 (India) or 01 339-222-5900 (All other International) so that we can assist you. List Reviews can only be handled via the phone. Specialists are available 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET Monday-Thursday, Friday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. ET and Saturday-Sunday 10am-8pm ET. The phone calls last on average about 10 minutes. When you call in make sure to have your username, your contact information on your account, and how your list was collected (signup on site, business card drop off, online checkout).


Also, please note that if you have sent over 5,000 Autoresponders in one day, that will also trigger the List Review and by calling the numbers above, we can adjust that for you.

Seriously it took me 4 days to go over this email authentication thing with the DKIM key input in the DNS.

And as soon as this is fixed (I think) now I receive this message and I still cannot send campaign.


Every time I have to call from Asia to get someone to talk to and pay for it. 


You could easily get this done online. This is seriously too much!
