When sharing website link on FB, the image is not showing up

When sharing website link on FB, the image is not showing up.  I created the website using Constant Contact Website Builder.  I added the OG tags based on the information I found online.  When I debug my website using FB debugger, it shows up properly.  And when I enter in the website link on FB, it appears as if it is going to post with the image, but as soon as I hit Post, the image disappears.  The description and URL displays, just not the image.

Hello @LaToyaE00 ,

I reached out to our Website Builder support team, and they've seen this happen intermittently with Facebook and how it accesses site data to bring up the relevant images. They've reset your site's cache from their end, which should make it so when you post to Facebook with your site's URL, it should populate the image.

If it doesn't, or if you have any additional follow-up questions, I'd recommend reaching out to our Website Builder team for the most direct troubleshooting and insight. You can find WSB's support channels and hours of operation here.
