I can see that the custom campaign you ordered last year is available in your account. The backups for that custom template are in your Deleted folder as well, for easy retrieval if you need to copy the original design.
Regarding your most recent campaign, it hasn't been the full 5 business days since you ordered it (the holiday weekend will have slowed some opps' deliveries), so the Design team is likely still working on it. If you don't see your latest requested campaign in your account (will include "created by Constant Contact" in the title) by end-of-business day Friday, December 31, please let us know so we can investigate.
