I'm sorry to hear your email address is not receiving your campaigns as it should! Have you checked your Spam/Junk folder, or even the Promotions Tab if you are using Gmail? This is always the first place we suggest checking for your campaign. I have also taken a look at your contact's details page where you are listed under multiple lists. The engagement under it also shows multiple emails as both sent and opened. Have you received any emails? Are you having this same experience with more than one contact? Does whitelisting Constant Contact help?
