I would like to suspend my account rather than delete it. Do I reactivate it first, then suspend? Help!

That's a great question! Because your account is a canceled account you would have to first reactive it. Once your account is open and active it can be successfully suspended. I would suggest contacting our Billing Support directly with any further questions you may have on this. This team can help with both reactivating your account as well as suspending it.
