Well I have been dealing with the fact you are down for maintenance almost every day during my prime working hours - but now I cannot get in to work at all and support is unavailable.

When I go to support/help page
and try to CHAT it tells me it is not available
So I look at phone support and see THAT YOU HAVE NONE ON THE WEEKENDS

I would like to look into your access issues further but I do need to gather a bit more information from you to help troubleshoot. What time of day were you trying to access your account? Did you experience the same issue in different browsers? Did you receive any error messages?
Although we do not offer phone support on weekends, you can post to the Community and receive assistance.
We have not received any reports of our site being down. What exactly are you experiencing? Are you having slowness, or seeing any error messages? What browser are you using? If you have not yet tested your account through a different browser or a private/incognito window, we suggest taking this troubleshooting step! Doing this allows us to see if there are 3rd party add-ons that could affect how Constant Contact works.
I am today also experiencing that your phone lines are down. I have tried calling for the last 3 hours, and I get a voice recording message saying "Plesae check the number you have dialed, ensure that the area code, local number If still unsuccessful then please please call 1221 and advise the operator of the number you have attempted to dial".
However, it is the same number as the one I called 3 days ago.
I DESPERATELY need to speak to someone so we can get our account Hack issue sorted. We have completed a malware and virus scan on our computers and have a report that shows that we are not affected, nor have any of our computers been compromised. So we need 2 things. Our account that was hacked to be reactivied, and confirmation Constant Contact end that your system has also been scanned for malware and viruses, and assurance that the hack cannot happen again. This has been going on for for too long now. We are paying for a service that we cannot use. And we want to use your service.
I apologize you too were unable to connect with our support! What was the number you called? Our Support offices were closed yesterday recognition of the Thanksgiving Holiday. Though we were closed yesterday, you should have received an automated messaging letting you know this. The good news is our Account Review Department are open today with limited support.
