Why are you canceling me?

Don't understand, I have been a customer for years.

Hello @JOHNS7782 ,

 

It appears you have two accounts, one of which is a trial (connected to this community profile). The other, the paid account, appears to be in good standing. The email you received was in regards to the trial account you started a couple months ago, which means that its 60 days are up.
